Meet Our Esteemed Board 

An accomplished and trusted leader, Donna has held leadership roles within banks, technology solution providers and exchanges throughout her 25+ career. She led her own advisory firm, Balmoral Advisory for 11 years where she worked with financial institutions regulatory bodies and technology providers on a range of strategic, regulatory, risk management, data and compliance initiatives. Donna is a strong advocate for innovation and is a regular speaker and author on emerging technologies. Donna holds a board advisory positions at Compliance.AI and is a board member of the Canadian Regulatory Technology Association which she founded in 2019.

Paul Childerhose brings more than 20 years of experience from working in the Canadian financial services sector, where he developed deep levels of expertise including in; back-office operations, new product development, client and account management, data management, risk management, enterprise transformation and regulatory compliance. He served in mid-level management roles with Royal Bank of Canada, Scotiabank, CGI Inc. & StarData Systems. Currently, he is the Canadian and U.S representative for the Enterprise Data Management Council as well as the founder and managing director of Maple Peak Group Inc where he advises on strategic growth opportunities.

Rob Baldassare is leader with 35 years experience in sales and operations spanning multiple industries, including telecom, enterprise software, manufacturing, distribution and fintech.  He helped scale a US-based FinTech until its acquisition by a public company and subsequently went on to be an advisor to 60+ fintech companies in Canada. Rob has an engineering degree from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from the Ivey Business School.
