An accomplished and trusted leader, Donna has held leadership roles within banks, technology solution providers and exchanges throughout her 25+ career. She led her own advisory firm, Balmoral Advisory for 11 years where she worked with financial institutions regulatory bodies and technology providers on a range of strategic, regulatory, risk management, data and compliance initiatives. Donna is a strong advocate for innovation and is a regular speaker and author on emerging technologies. Donna holds a board advisory positions at Compliance.AI and is a board member of the Canadian Regulatory Technology Association which she founded in 2019.

Paul Childerhose brings more than 20 years of experience from working in the Canadian financial services sector, where he developed deep levels of expertise including in; back-office operations, new product development, client and account management, data management, risk management, enterprise transformation and regulatory compliance. He served in mid-level management roles with Royal Bank of Canada, Scotiabank, CGI Inc. & StarData Systems. Currently, he is the Canadian and U.S representative for the Enterprise Data Management Council as well as the founder and managing director of Maple Peak Group Inc where he advises on strategic growth opportunities.

Charlene is a technology delivery expert with a focus on AI, big data, and digital regulatory transformation. With years of experience working with leading enterprise banks like RBC, TD Bank, BMO, and CIBC, she is a sought-after consultant and mentor known for her results-driven approach. A recognized thought leader, Charlene frequently speaks on topics like leadership and innovation and has contributed to both academic and professional forums. She serves as a Strategic Advisor for the Canadian RegTech Association, where she brings her expertise and energy to a variety of projects aimed at tackling financial crime through technology.
